Study on the function mechanism of retired college students in the perspective of peer education

Abstract


Since the twenty tenth Party of the Communist Party of China, the development of vientiane renewal, under the guidance
of the dream of a strong army, more and more college students carry pen to join the military, for promoting China’s army modernization,
information construction plays an important role. At the same time, the overall number of retired college students is increasing day by day
and gradually become a special group in colleges and universities. After being tempered by the army, they have unique qualities such as
political perfection and fi ne style, and play a leading role in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Based on the
author’s own experience and the perspective of counselors, this paper puts forward eff ective strategies and suggestions on the role of retired
college students in ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of peer education.
