Exploring the Application of Simulation Game-Based Teaching in Supply Chain Management Training

Shiwei Xiong

Abstract

Simulation game-based teaching involves using practical, game-like simulations to recreate real-world scenarios for
training purposes. In supply chain management training, this method provides participants with an interactive, practice-oriented learning
environment, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. Based on the author’s experience
conducting two supply chain management training sessions and feedback from participants, this paper explores key content and practical
insights in the application of simulation game teaching in supply chain management training.
