Research on innovation of selection and appointment mechanism of university management cadres
Abstract
management organization and affects the development of universities. Therefore, the selection and appointment of university management
cadres have been widely concerned, but there are still many problems in the concrete implementation, resulting in the “export” and “entrance”
management of university cadres is unreasonable. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the mechanism of
selection and appointment of university management cadres, and explores the innovative path of the mechanism of selection and appointment of
university management cadres on this basis, so as to promote the better development of the team of university management cadres.
