A Multidimensional Approach to Improving Enterprise Innovation Performance under Innovation-driven Development Strategy

Abstract

Innovation-driven strategy puts forward a clear way for China’s economic development, the enterprise innovation and
development is the key to the successful implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in our country. In the new situation of “mass
entrepreneurship and innovation”, it is of great signifi cance to rationally promote the innovative development trend of enterprises and eff ectively
stimulate the innovation mechanism of enterprises. In view of this, with the innovation-driven development strategy as the background, this paper
deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges existing in the enterprise innovation mechanism under the innovation-driven development strategy
at both the institutional level and the micro level through the combination of theoretical research and practical analysis, and explores the institutional
plan to improve the enterprise innovation performance management level. To stimulate the driving force of enterprise innovation, enhance the
ability of enterprise R & D innovation, and maximize the innovation performance of enterprises.
