Research on the Innovation Growth Dilemma of China’s Customeroriented Service Industry Start-ups

and growth. The study found that more than 70% of Chinese enterprises are inclined to enter the consumer service fi eld, but these enterprises
often face fi erce market competition and lower profi t margins due to low entry barriers. The paper analyzes startups’ weaknesses in fi nancing
challenges, access to and utilization of innovative information, sources of human resources, and innovation barriers and compliance
pressure. At the same time, the article points out innovation trends in China, including the strengthening of intellectual property protection,
demand-oriented innovation policies, industrial upgrading and international cooperation. Despite the huge market, surviving-type startups have weak links in technology and capital, and lack insight into policy orientation and market trends. The paper concludes that China’s
consumer service startups need to improve their ability to integrate resources and respond positively to policy orientation in order to achieve
the development of innovation capabilities.
