Design and Research of Orbital Intelligent Inspection Robot

Abstract


Belt conveyors are widely used in industries such as coal mines, power plants, and ports. Their operational stability not only aff ects
the normal production and operation of enterprises, but also aff ects the safety of workers’ lives. However, traditional manual inspection work has
low effi ciency, which not only causes high labor costs, but also fails to detect various faults in a timely manner. Therefore, with the continuous
advancement of digital pace, more and more enterprises begin to try to use machine inspection instead of manual inspection, in order to improve the
effi ciency of work. Based on this, the author will take intelligent inspection robot of mining belt conveyor as an example in this paper, analyze the
common faults and feature recognition methods of belt conveyor, and put forward the corresponding design scheme combined with the functional
requirements of intelligent inspection robot of belt, hoping to provide readers with some reference and help
