Research on the Current Status and Challenges of Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational New Business Disciplines under the Background of New Quality Productive Forces
Abstract
Amidst the rapid advancement of the global technological and industrial revolution, new qualitative productive forces
have elevated the expectations for the cultivation of new business talents within higher vocational education. These forces prioritize high
efficiency, advanced technology, and superior quality, necessitating that business professionals embody innovation, cross-disciplinary
integration skills, digital intelligence profi ciency, and a global outlook. To keep pace with these transformations, higher vocational education
in new business disciplines must proactively adapt and refi ne its talent development paradigms.
Currently, the cultivation of new business talents in higher vocational education encounters challenges in harmonizing educational
philosophies with scientific principles. This calls for a strengthened integration of industry and education to forge an efficient talent
development model. Additionally, it is imperative to develop a curriculum system that integrates foundational and applied knowledge across
multiple disciplines. Concurrently, the establishment of a high-quality "dual-teacher" faculty is essential to enhance personalized and precise
teaching methodologies through the application of advanced technological tools.
This research off ers theoretical underpinnings and practical directives for the evolution of higher vocational education in new business
disciplines amidst the backdrop of new qualitative productive forces. It holds signifi cant value for advancing the modernization of business
