Reform of the State-Owned Enterprise System under the Innovative Modern Enterprise System
Abstract
State-owned enterprises, as the pillar industries of the current national economy, have an important impact on the development of the market economy. Under the current new economic situation, it is of great significance to reform state-owned enterprises and build a market economy in the socialist system. Carrying out the reform of state-owned enterprises is an important task of the current social and economic system reform, which is a prerequisite for ensuring the long-term stability of the country and the stable development of society. In the more than 20 years of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China, the management system and operating mechanism of state-owned enterprises have been changing, and they are developing in the direction of the reform of the socialist market economic system. In the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises, there have also been some changes and new problems. In this regard, it is necessary to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and promote the development of enterprises. This article studies the necessity of corporate system reform and analyzes the ideas and countermeasures of corporate system reform of state-owned enterprises under the modern enterprise system.
