Investigation and Research on Social Needs of Medical Combined Endowment Mode

Abstract


At this stage, our country is experiencing the largest and fastest population aging process in the history of the world, and the issue of elderly care has become a hot issue for the government and society to be solved urgently. The main purpose of this article is based on responding to the "community pension" in the national policy, seeking a new type of pension combining medical care, integrating community pension hospitals, and actively responding to national policies. Nowadays, the elderly care service industry is a new integration of elderly care consumption and service consumption, both of which are the main areas of consumption upgrading and it has broad development prospects in our country at present, especially as more middle class is about to enter the elderly while the new generation of elderly people's consumption concepts have changed, the current supply of elderly care services is relatively low-end and it is difficult to meet market demand, and hospitals are unable to provide for elderly care, which has increased the difficulty of community elderly care. Currently the increasing population aging in China and the disadvantages of traditional old-age care methods have greatly increased, leading to the emergence of the current emerging old-age care service industry industrial chain, making more and more real estate’s more inclined to new types of combined medical care and old-age care. Our country vigorously encourages social capital to develop the elderly care service industry, and vigorously supports the cultivation and development of elderly professionals and so on, which are injecting continuous impetus into the sustainable development of the industry. This article gives a specific analysis based on examples and research results, and explores the development status of the medical-care-integrated elderly-care model.
