Research on Diversified Evaluation and Optimization of Postgraduate Scholarship Work System ——Take the Art School of a Certain University in Tohoku as an Example

Abstract

The postgraduate scholarship system composed of national scholarships, national bursaries, and postgraduate academic scholarships has been implemented in my country for a long time. As the country continues to increase and invest in the amount of scholarships in postgraduate education, how to improve the postgraduate scholarship work system has also become a major issue. This article will conduct research from three aspects. Firstly, clarify the development process and current situation of graduate scholarship; secondly, study its evaluation methods, and find out the shortcomings in the implementation process, and finally increase the publicity channels, clarify selection rules, and strict publicity procedures. Pay attention to student psychological counseling and give suggestions and measures to optimize graduate scholarships.
