Critically Discuss Problems of Budget Coordination in a Public-Sector Organization

Abstract


Since the administrative reform of government departments in the 1980s, public management has emerged in a new way. Since the 2008 financial crisis, in the light of fiscal austerity, how to plan and coordinate the budget within government departments has had a significant effect on the budgeting performance of the
whole sector.
