Research on the Strategy of Private Entrepreneurs' Leadership Training and Promotion
Abstract
Since the reform and opening-up, China's economy has developed rapidly and private enterprises have mushroomed, which has injected new vitality into the development of China's socialist market economy and greatly improved the market competitiveness of private enterprises in China. The competitiveness of private enterprises is influenced by many factors, and the leadership of private entrepreneurs is closely linked with it. This paper discusses how to cultivate and improve the leadership ability of private entrepreneurs.
