On the career planning of young college teachers in the new era
Abstract
The young teachers in colleges and universities do a good job in career planning and management, which is in line with the
goal of building a new era of teachers, and is also an important means to make teachers’ career planning from passive acceptance to active
planning and development. This paper mainly introduces the concept of career planning for young college teachers, the importance of career
planning management for young college teachers, and puts forward some suggestions for the formulation of career planning for young
college teachers according to relevant literature.
