Exploration on the collaborative education mechanism of academic affairs officers in the ideological and political education of College Students
Abstract
departments of the Academic Aff airs Office in Colleges and universities, and an important guarantee for the normal operation of teaching
work. The educational administration management involves all aspects of teachers’ teaching and students’ academic work, affects the
teaching quality and talent training quality of secondary colleges, and is the hub for the normal operation of teaching work in Colleges and
universities. From the perspective of teaching management, this paper studies the role of academic aff airs offi cers in Ideological and political
education, explores the collaborative education mechanism of academic aff airs offi cers’ Ideological and political education, implements the
party’s education policy in the new period, and practically does a good job in the whole staff , the whole process and all-round education, so
as to provide new ideas for the teaching management of colleges and universities.
