of the education reform and the deepening of education and teaching reform caused by the wave of science and technology in the new era
and new situation, based on the comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the current situation of teaching management in private colleges and
universities, combined with years of teaching management practice and exploration, this paper discusses how to lay a solid foundation for
education and teaching development, how to cultivate excellent quality culture, and how to fl exibly create an applicable mechanism, How
to continuously improve the ability and quality of the four aspects of in-depth summary, and on the next step how to deepen the reform of
teaching management, to achieve the goal of improving quality and effi ciency, from the macro development concept, the main line of meso
construction, and the micro realization of transformation three aspects of in-depth thinking, It is hoped that it can provide useful references
