Literature Review of Rural Revitalization and Talent Training

Abstract

With the realization of an all-round well-off society, China has entered the stage of rural revitalization. How to stabilize the achievements of poverty alleviation and further promote the vigorous development of rural revitalization is an important proposition at the current stage. By studying the relevant literature of rural revitalization, this paper finds that talent training plays a vital role in the strategy of rural revitalization. Therefore, through the deep exploration of the talent model related to rural revitalization, it is found that labor education plays an indispensable role in the cultivation of talents needed for rural revitalization. Based on this, the talent policy conclusion of accelerating the promotion of rural revitalization strategy is proposed.
