Abstract

management should comply with the needs of the development of the times, improve the degree of intelligence, adjust and change the
management mode, and cultivate hotel management talents that meet the objectives. Based on this, this paper analyzes and studies the
optimization of the cultivation of applied talents of hotel management in Colleges and Universities under the development of intelligence,
for reference.
