Abstract


Sword dance in China is one of the important branches of classical dance, and freehand body rhyme is an important part of
body rhyme, which can fully display the creative soul and unique cultural connotation of classical dance in China, and will also have a farreaching impact on the inheritance and development of classical dance in China. Therefore, in the process of training freehand body rhyme,
some colleges and universities will focus on interpreting its unique form and expression, and organically integrate the form and dance
charm. This article will focus on the inheritance and development of freehand body rhyme in classical Chinese sword dance.
