Abstract
realized the important value of cultivating students’ entrepreneurial and innovative ability. In this context, in the teaching practice of business
administration courses, teachers should recognize the needs and standards of enterprises and industries for entrepreneurial and innovative
talents, understand the learning needs of students, reform the teaching mode, and promote their all-round development. Based on this, this
paper will focus on the cultivation of entrepreneurial and innovative talents in business administration.
