Research on the construction of teaching staff in Colleges and Universities Based on the cultivation of Applied Talents
Abstract
the cultivation of applied talents has become the key direction of university education. However, in order to improve the quality of applied
talents training in Colleges and universities, we must pay attention to the construction of teaching staff in Colleges and universities. From
the perspective of university education, the level of university teachers determines the quality of applied talents training. Therefore, the
teaching staff is the core of the whole college education system, and it is also an important support for the reputation image of colleges and
universities, and the key to innovative development. In view of this, based on the perspective of applied talents training, this paper explores
and discusses in detail how to build a high-quality teaching staff in Colleges and universities, and puts forward relevant construction
strategies, hoping to provide reference for the construction of high-quality, high-level and high-quality teaching staff in Colleges and
universities.
