Abstract
resources, so colleges and universities play an important role in the field of scientific research in China. With the development of
higher education in China, colleges and universities are undertaking more and more scientific research projects, and their scientific
and technological funds are gradually increasing. Therefore, the use and management of science and technology funds in Colleges and
universities have become increasingly prominent. The participation of colleges and universities in national scientifi c research work can
improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is necessary to use scientifi c and technological funds reasonably and
strengthen the management of scientifi c and technological funds. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the use
and management of science and technology funds in Colleges and universities, and discusses its solutions.
