On the Influence of Human Resources Development on Regional Economic Development and Countermeasures

Abstract

From the perspective of regional economic development, the importance of human resources development is increasing, and there is often a positive correlation between human resources development and regional economic development. Based on simple observation and analysis, with scientific, systematic and effective human resource development as the basic premise, it can be found that it is not easy to play the corresponding influence. However, in fact, there are still many shortcomings in human resource development, and it is not easy to make up for these shortcomings. This paper will analyze the shortcomings of human resource development from the perspective of regional economic development, and put forward some specific strategies.
