Abstract

since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China
has attached great importance to the promotion and inheritance of red culture, repeatedly emphasizing the need to inherit the red gene,
continue the red blood, and ensure that the red mountains and rivers will never change color. Heilongjiang Province is rich in red cultural
resources, which is an important part of promoting high-quality economic development. If the advantages of red cultural resources in
Heilongjiang Province can be transformed into industrial and economic advantages, it will be of great signifi cance for Heilongjiang Province
to develop advanced culture, enhance cultural soft power and comprehensive competitiveness.
