Mathematical Analysis of the Impact Path of Human Capital on Enterprise Performance

Abstract


The human capital of entrepreneurs has a crucial impact on the performance of startups. We conducted a questionnaire survey on 2,000 young and middle-aged enterprise founders in Haidian District, Beijing, to explore the impact path of human capital on enterprise performance.
