Practical Experience and Thinking of Open Universities Promoting Rural Talent Revitalization
Abstract
revitalization of rural talents, which also puts forward deeper requirements for the talent training of the Open University. The key to Rural
Revitalization lies in talent revitalization. Open universities should meet the needs of the development of the new era and improve the
open education service system. Based on this, this paper expounds the advantages of Open University in rural talent training, analyzes the
practical experience of Open University in training local talents for rural revitalization, discusses the achievements of Open University in
promoting rural talent revitalization and training, and puts forward the thinking of Open University in promoting rural talent revitalization
and sustainable development for reference.
