Abstract

since the beginning of the new era, the construction of a one-stop comprehensive management mode for college student
communities can largely promote the implementation of Ideological and political education. In order to meet the social demand for high_x005fquality and highly skilled talents, colleges and universities need to create a good environment for students’ growth with the help of onestop student community construction from multiple perspectives. In order to achieve this goal, the school needs to analyze the actual
development needs of students, and combined with the current situation of students’ community comprehensive management, explore a new
path of education reform from the aspects of strengthening top-level design, implementing morality and cultivating people, so as to deepen
education reform. This paper studies the “one-stop” student community comprehensive management mode in Colleges and universities, and
puts forward corresponding views.
