Research on the cooperative education mechanism of “government, industry, University and research” in the experimental practice course of labor and social security specialty under the background of new liberal arts and oriented by “OBE + PBL”

Abstract


This paper takes the reform of the integrated collaborative education system of “government, industry, University, research
and application” as the research object, highlighting the “OBE + PBL” practical teaching concept of “problem oriented, ability based, and
practical innovation”, which is guided by the government, industry, and social needs, based on the innovation of practical teaching mode,
and guided by practical teaching. It is proposed that the construction of professional experimental practice curriculum system should be
based on public issues, with ability training as the core, practical innovation as the ultimate goal, and based on the training objectives of
lab or and social security professionals and the quality standards of career development. Under the background of “new liberal arts”, it should
face the new requirements of multi-dimensional and multi-level talent training for public management. In order to improve students’ public
management service skills and practical innovation ability, basic practice module, skill practice module, comprehensive practice module and
research innovation module are embedded in major courses and experimental practice courses.
