Abstract

with the development and progress of the times, Chinese enterprises are facing an important stage of transformation to
modern enterprises, and the key to enterprise transformation is the transformation of enterprise fi nancial management. Because of this, how
to improve the level of enterprise fi nancial management has become the focus of current enterprise managers. The integration of industry
and fi nance is one of the best ways to improve the fi nancial management level of enterprises. It can realize the eff ective communication
and cooperation between the business department and the fi nancial department of enterprises, and then improve the work effi ciency of the
personnel of the fi nancial department and realize the refi ned management of the fi nancial department. But at present, many enterprises are
facing many problems when strengthening the integration of industry and fi nance, and it is diffi cult to eff ectively realize the real integration.
