Huili Mao, Jie Wang, Doris Padmini Selvaratnam

Abstract

Most developed countries have paid attention to improving national happiness on the basis of ensuring their housing problem. Not only do most developed countries pay attention to this issue, but also China, the largest developing country in the world, keeps an urgent concern about this issue. Obviously, China and other developed countries get a huge development in enhancing people’s housing. As we all know, South Korea is famous for its KPOP culture. Under this glorification, the housing issue which also includes the housing problem of trainees who keep star dreams, is still inevitably exposed. So, it is necessary to study how to relieve the housing pressure in South Korea based on implementing the public rental housing policy.
