Abstract

with the continuous development of social economy and the increasingly fi erce market competition, the traditional fi nancial
work mode has been diffi cult to keep up with the development needs of enterprises. In this context, management accounting is gradually
rising, and its working functions are gradually concerned by enterprises and society. Enterprises should pay attention to the application of
management accounting to improve fi nancial functions, promote the good development of enterprises, and enhance the competitiveness
of enterprises. In order to achieve sustainable development, enterprises should start with the innovation of management accounting, give
full play to the positive role of management accounting in the development of enterprises, explore the innovation path of management
accounting, and help enterprises achieve long-term and steady development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the strategies of carrying out
management accounting innovation to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for reference.
