Research on Psychological Resilience of Seafarers and Emergency Management

Abstract


Seafarers are a unique group of workers who face a variety of challenges in their daily lives. Diffi cult working conditionsmay
lead to mental and physical problems. Enterprises may take some measures and policies to avoid them.This paper expounds the necessity of
improving seafarers’ resilience, and putting forward emergency managementadvice.
