Research on the teaching reform of higher vocational education guided by “promoting teaching through competition”

Abstract

in recent years, the employment competition pressure of higher vocational colleges has increased signifi cantly. If higher
vocational students want to stand fi rm in this fi erce market competition and social positions, they must have good professional ability and
solid professional technology. In order to cultivate students’ professional ability and professional quality more eff ectively, higher vocational
colleges pay more and more attention to the reform, innovation and research of teaching methods, among which the teaching mode of
“promoting teaching through competition” is one of the important achievements of its reform. In this regard, this paper briefl y expounds the
signifi cance of “promoting teaching through competition” in the reform of higher vocational education and teaching, and analyzes the reform
ideas of “promoting teaching through competition” leading higher vocational education and teaching, hoping to provide some reference for
the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.
