Abstract

restricts the promotion of the key core technology capabilities of the logistics industry in China. Among them, the leading role of logistics
leading enterprises can not be ignored, but in the actual operation of leading enterprises, they have encountered many problems, such as
performance pressure, fi nancing diffi culties, talent vacancy and so on, which need to be overcome.
