Abstract

the specialty of medical beauty technology is a new medical technology specialty, which is guided by the theory of human
body aesthetics, uses various medical means to directly maintain, repair and reshape the beauty of human body, and aims to enhance the
vitality of human life. It is committed to cultivating skilled talents of medical beauty technology. In the work of teaching reform, teachers
of medical beauty technology specialty should pay attention to deepening the integration of industry and education, school enterprise
cooperation, constructing the talent training mode of school enterprise integration, setting up the dynamic development and adjustment
mechanism of specialty, and promoting the eff ective connection between professional structure and industrial structure. The integration of
school and enterprise provides students with rich educational resources and opportunities to contact the industry, which enables students to
practice in real enterprise projects, realize the development of comprehensive ability, and promote the talent training work to meet the needs
of the industry. Based on this, this paper analyzes the talent training mode of school enterprise integration of medical beauty technology
specialty, in order to provide reference for educators.
