Abstract

Nursing training room is an important platform for vocational colleges to carry out education, which can greatly enrich the
content of education and teaching, broaden the path of education, and greatly promote the all-round development of students. Through the
development of nursing training room cultural construction and management, can further enhance the application value of nursing training
room, so that it can provide better service for students. In view of this, this paper will analyze the cultural construction and management of
nursing training room, and put forward some strategies for the reference of colleagues only.
