Problems and countermeasures in online public English teaching in open education

Abstract


Open education is an important part of China’s higher education system, as an important means of open education public
English teaching, the online teaching eff ect directly aff ects the quality of open education personnel training. The paper fi rstly analyzes the
advantages of open education public English online teaching and the main problems existing in the teaching process, and then puts forward
optimization strategies from the aspects of teaching concepts, whole teaching links, network teaching platforms, course supervision and
management, in order to provide reference for further improving the eff ect of open education public English online teaching.
