Abstract

with the social development and the gradual deepening of international competition and cooperation, the cultivation of
higher education talents has been paid more and more attention. The increase of higher education talents can promote China’s innovation
and development, and promote China’s competitiveness. Colleges and universities in China need to pay more attention to the teaching
management of higher education, so as to provide guarantee for the growth of more excellent talents. Colleges and universities need to
update the teaching management concept according to the relevant national policies and social needs, and build an effi cient operation mode
of higher education teaching management under the concepts of people-oriented and moral education. This paper analyzes the connotation
and characteristics of the operation mode of teaching management in higher education, discusses the importance of innovating the operation
mode of teaching management, and puts forward the strategy of innovating the operation mode of teaching management in higher education
according to the current situation of teaching management mode.
