Abstract

Vocational college service social training work has certain times and social needs, is one of the key work of vocational
college reform and development. This paper from the innovation of vocational college service social training mode as the research entry
point, proposed to expand the fi eld of social training, diversifi cation of social training methods, reshaping the social training curriculum
system, strengthen the construction of social training resources, improve the social training evaluation mechanism, broaden the social
training channels, construction of “double post” teachers and increase the publicity of social training, It provides a referential working model
for further improving and perfecting the work function of social training service in higher vocational colleges.
