Research on the Development of Core Qualities of young teachers of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities in the “Internet +” era
Abstract
political education, its characteristics such as the rapidity of information transmission, the severity of ideology, the dynamic of technology
renewal, etc., put forward new requirements for the vocational ability development of young teachers of ideological and political courses
in colleges and universities. Based on the practical background of educational informatization such as big data and streaming media, the
core quality of young teachers in ideological and political courses must grasp the two elements, namely the rich reserve of theoretical
knowledge quality and the innovative application of modern teaching skills. In practice, young teachers of ideological and political courses
generally have a high comprehensive quality. By consolidating political position, enhancing theoretical activity and training of scientifi c and
technological means, they can promote their rapid growth and shoulder the sacred mission of “cultivating morality and cultivating people”
as key course teachers.
