Discussion on promoting the development of rural digital Economy under the background of Rural revitalization Strategy

Abstract

the digital economy is based on digital technology, information communication network as the carrier, based on the eff ective
development and utilization of information resources, and promote economic structure optimization and upgrading of a new type of
economic form. As one of the strategic emerging industries, the position and role of digital economy in the national economy is increasingly
prominent. The wide application and popularization of digital technology will have a profound impact on the modernization of agriculture
and rural areas. Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy, this paper analyzes and discusses the role of digital economy in the
development of rural economy and the existing problems in the development of rural digital economy, and summarizes the feasible path of
rural economic development, in order to promote the rapid and healthy development of rural digital economy, so that the digital economy
can help “three rural issues” to be eff ectively alleviated.
