On the Role and Impact of Social Insurance in Human Resource Management

Abstract


Social insurance, as an important social security system, not only provides protection for individuals’ lives but also has a profound impact on enterprise human resource management. This paper aims to explore the role and influence of social insurance in human resource management and propose strategies to optimize human resource management, hoping to provide some references for the improvement of enterprise human resource management practices.
