With the development of China’s enterprises, many enterprises gradually go abroad to participate in international competition. However, some research and statistical results show that only 30% of newly established start-ups can survive, and most of them fall into unsustainable situation at the early stage of development. Based on this, this article studies the management strategy and innovation of enterprises in different stages of development, in order to provide useful reference for the development of enterprises in different stages. This article firstly analyses the characteristics of different stages of enterprise development process, and then gives corresponding management strategies and innovation methods based on different stages of enterprise development.

Library, as an important place to spread knowledge and enrich people’s cultural life, plays a very important role under the background of knowledge economy, especially the development of libraries in poverty-stricken areas is an important factor to help local economic development. By analyzing the necessity and development status of libraries in poverty-stricken areas, this article puts forward four aspects to help library construction: distributing books to the countryside, raising funds through multiple channels, strengthening the construction of library human resources and increasing publicity efforts.

Therefore, in order to better help colleges and universities to carry out the teaching reform of logistics management specialty during the epidemic period, this article puts forward the teaching reform direction of logistics management specialty in colleges and universities as the practice teaching method. Through the accurate analysis of the current practice and characteristics of logistics management major in colleges and universities, a set of suitable teaching methods for logistics management major in colleges and universities during the epidemic period is formulated the new plan of learning reform. Through the analysis, it is found that the method proposed in this paper has important practical significance for the design and research of the teaching reform of logistics management specialty in colleges and universities under the epidemic situation.

Based on the literature on the relationship between leadership empowerment (LE) and employee creativity (EC) in Chinese enterprises context, this article uses literature review method to explore the current situation of this issue in China. On the basis of comparative analysis of relevant literature, this article sorts out the definition of LE and EC by different scholars and the use of relevant scales. It also discusses the current situation of LE and EC in China, the problems encountered and the future prospects.

With the rapid development of science and technology, the form of property is not confined to the traditional concept of real life any more, and it also includes network virtual property. Besides, economic benefits are considerable as the network industry grows, which makes trading of virtual property a very common behavior in the real word. In such situation, there are various disputes concerned with virtual property emerging. However, relevant research and legislation can’t make breakthroughs as virtual property has vague legal status, complicated process of identification, and different definitions as well as unsolved legal protection method in academic field. Compared with the development of the network industry, legislation in the scope of virtual property has lagged far behind, which is hard to be the theoretical basis for solving disputes.

By analyzing the attributes of virtual property, and combining relevant cases with research results, the author seeks to put forward the protection rules of virtual property in line with the current situation in China, with civil law protection as the core. Possible further researches and prospects on protecting virtual property are also discussed in this article.

But with the sudden emergence of events, rural security has shown a huge vulnerability.   By contacting the outbreak area of Hubei rural construction of safety management, the purpose of this article is to found that infectious diseases during the period of economic, political, social, ideological, ecological impact safety problems and put forward the optimization scheme, called for of the construction of the rural security key to return, to improve the safety of the sudden outbreak response capacity.

By analyzing the relevant data of aging population, this article concludes the feasibility, necessity and practicality of this pension model through describing the current situation of home-based smart pension in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou in China.
