This paper takes the sample of all the companies with green innovation patents from 1992 to 2018. Based on theoretical analysis and research assumptions, it empirically tests the regulatory role of enterprise property rights in the relationship between the overseas experience of senior management and enterprise green innovation performance. The research results show that the overseas experience of senior management significantly promotes the improvement of the green innovation performance of enterprises, and in the state-owned enterprises, the senior managers with overseas experience have a more significant impact on the green innovation performance of enterprises.

As my country's population aging continues to intensify, according to the "National Strategy for Coping with Population Aging", my country's elderly population will increase to 423 million in 2036, and the aging level will reach 29.1%. On the other hand, according to statistics, China has about 2.74 100 million elderly mobile phone users, of which about 134 million use smartphones to surf the Internet. This means that nearly 140 million seniors use a feature phone or smartphone but do not go online. Therefore, whether the elderly can adapt well to this drastic lifestyle change will deserve our attention.

This paper reviews the development process of Subjective Expected utility Theory and Prospect Theory, including the core viewpoints and formula models of the two theories. Examples are given to illustrate the contributions of the two theories in the study of human decision-making.

Tourism modernisation is an important part of China’s strengthening and improving the modernisation of national governance. With the application and upgrading of Internet technology, China’s tourism industry has gradually made use of the scalability of the Internet to establish an efficient, convenient and intelligent modern tourism management model that coexists with humanity. The management application of "Internet + digital" has also brought some problems and inconsistencies while changing the way people travel. How to establish and operate a modern tourism management system, how to change the role of the government to adapt to the changes of the times, how to keep up with the development trend of science and technology, and create a more scientific and reasonable environment for tourism experiences, how to better improve service capabilities of tour guides and practitioners, etc., are unavoidable problems in the process of tourism modernisation. This article intends to start from the background and reality of "Internet + tourism", analyse how to further improve the digital operation and management mode of "Internet + tourism" under the current environmental conditions, make this new model more suitable for the consumption needs of the new era and further promote convergence and progress between industries.

Stock return forms one of the way one can clearly examine how an organization performs and this clearly reflects how organizational function of management can be viewed. From different researchers it would be argued that a firm’s financial  performance can be measured through the use of return on assets, dividend payout and share prices. On that basis, the study sought to examine the relationship between financial performance and stock return in which it aimed at answering the question on how financial performance influences the stock return focusing on the Chinese motor company D Motor Corporation. The study adopted both qualitative and quantitative research method. From the study’s findings it would be established that there exists a positive relation between financial performance and stock returns in which there was a positive significance between financial  performance which was denoted through dividend payout, return on assets and share  market price with the stock return.

Nearly 80% of private domain operators are conducting marketing layouts, and private domain operations have been transformed from a "non-essential" option in the past to a "must-have" option for the development of current brand owners. As enterprises gradually attach importance to private domain operations, technical service providers for enterprises to develop private domain operations have also begun to appear in the market. The purpose of enterprises to carry out private domain marketing is to find more cost-effective brand promotion methods in the case of difficult to obtain population traffic, explore how enterprises can use private domain operations to achieve stable development, and ultimately realize traffic realization.

With the concept of "specialized and special new", the innovative development of high-tech listed companies in China has stepped into a high-speed stage. However, as the growth rate of enterprises increases, there are also many realistic problems that are gradually exposed and hinder their advancement. In this context, disruptive innovation, as a form of innovation different from the traditional innovation model, has gained the attention of entrepreneurs. Through the study of the theory of disruptive innovation, this paper puts forward the realizing paths of enterprise disruptive innovation and gives the corresponding suggestions.

With the increasing development of tourism industry in China, the problems of employees, society and environment are also exposed, whether tourism enterprises fulfill CSR has become an urgent issue nowadays. This paper constructs a theoretical model of the value effect of tourism enterprises' social responsibility and proposes a path to realize the value of tourism enterprises' social responsibility, and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for tourism enterprises.

Different interest subjects in the whole society hope to occupy a more favorable position in the reform. There are many problems and challenges that are difficult to solve at the level of convergence and conflict of interests. The mechanism and system of democratic decision-making and supervision in China are still not sound. Government governance bears an extremely important responsibility in national governance, but there are also some problems that public power cannot be effectively constrained, The degree of social autonomy is still extremely limited. Cooperative governance is a new approach to national governance, and its core lies in the coordination between national governance and social governance, which requires vigorously building a new mechanism for the modernization of national governance that is dynamic, stable and benign.

The objectives of this study were (1) to study the current situation of the development of non-academic education in local applied universities; and (2) to propose guidelines for the development of non-academic education in local applied universities. The study population was 277 trainees of non-academic education in Zhejiang L College, China. The research instrument was a questionnaire to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.817, and the sample size was determined using Yamane's formula with simple random sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were percentages, means and standard deviations.The current status of the trainees of continuing education at L College was analyzed. The main findings are as follows:(1) the status of non-degree education in local applied universities L College non-degree education is good, with high training evaluation (M=4.14) and slightly lower training design (M=3.85), teaching implementation (M=3.22), curriculum development (M=2.96), and training effect (M=3.45); (2) the development guide of non-degree education in local applied universities by (1) training design (2) teaching implementation (3) curriculum development (4) training evaluation (5) training effect.

The impacts of the death in the Second World War (WW2) on the size and the quality of the population in the European countries after the war are investigated in the present study. Both the short- and long-term effects are discussed. To make it convenient for the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the annual natural change rate and the life expectation are employed to quantify the size and the quality of the population, respectively, while the death in the WW2 is converted to . Our linear regression analysis in different time scales indicates that the death during the WW2 has significant short-term impacts on the annual natural change rate and the life expectation after the war, which lasts for approximately 10 and 25 years, respectively. In contrast, the influences of the death during the WW2 on the size and the quality of the population can be considered totally extinguished in the long run after 55 years from the end of the war. Additionally, we discover for the first time that the effects of the war decays rapidly on the annual natural change rate while slowly on the life expectation as time passes by.
