The housing accumulation fund system is mainly a housing security system for on-the-job employees. Under the guidance of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin - Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are deepening integrated development cooperation in multiple fields. on July 9, 2021, the Beijing Development and Reform Association proposed in the resolution of the meeting to promote the integrated reform of Beijing Tianjin Hebei housing provident fund. At present, the regulations on the administration of housing provident fund is the core legal basis for the development of housing provident fund business and the reform of the industry supervision level. However, the fuzzy legal attribute positioning and legal basis will affect the choice of reform measures, so it is necessary to sort out and analyze it. In addition, compared with the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, along the Yellow River Basin, Sichuan Chongqing and other regions where the housing accumulation fund integration practice was first carried out, the Beijing-Tianjin -Hebei housing accumulation fund integration reform can learn from the existing domestic experience, while the actual development path needs to be studied based on the industry, population flow and current policy conditions in the region, and then through top-level design and supporting systems and regulations, give play to the role of housing accumulation fund in promoting regional coordinated development. |

The volunteer-for-lodging travel model, which is dominated by B&B volunteers, has become popular among young people in recent years. This travel model can save on travel room and board costs and provide participants with the opportunity to travel at low cost or even for free. However, unlike traditional volunteer work, this "quasi-labor relationship" often leads to labor disputes. By summarizing the labor characteristics of B&B volunteers, we can define their unique labor nature, so that we can quickly clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties when disputes arise between B&Bs and volunteers, and provide a basis for dispute resolution, and accordingly discover more effective ways to protect the rights and interests of B&B volunteers. |

This research analyses the delayed bedtime from a sociological perspective by using TV stations in City B as a case study, combining with Novotny's sociological theory of time. The research found that this is a trade-off between adequate sleep and leisure time, both in terms of subjective perceptions and objective criteria. Previous research has neglected the self-controlled behaviour that actually exists during this process. Therefore, this behaviour cannot simply be defined as the result of a failure of self-control or an excuse for self-pity. A new way of understanding is offered in this research, bridging the gap in this field of study: In some cases, it is a conscious, purposeful, active self-regulation, essentially, as Novotny posited, an behaviour of confronting collective time, of escaping its domination, of desiring some ' fragmented' individual sense of time. Finally, the research provides initial directions that may radically improve the negative impacts of this behaviour. |

In this paper, the bank to small, medium and micro enterprises credit problems for multidimensional decision-making research, quantitative analysis of the credit risk of enterprises, the establishment of a model to give the bank's corresponding credit strategy, and the model has been tested, analyzed and promoted. In order to solve the problem, we establish a Logistic regression model to quantitatively evaluate the credit risk of enterprises, and use the gradient descent algorithm to help solve the problem, and finally decide whether to lend to a certain enterprise for the bank. Then through the establishment of multi-objective planning model, help the bank to decide how much to lend to each enterprise, how much interest rate, from which the bank in the annual total credit fixed to each enterprise credit strategy. Finally, we test, evaluate and extend the model. The nonlinear regression model based on gradient descent algorithm has high accuracy in solving the dichotomy problem, and the multi-objective programming provides ideas for banks to formulate specific credit strategies. |

Horse caravan is one of the most important part of the tea-horse trade in Southwest China. Due to the geographical conditions and the need to maintain their livelihood, natives spontaneously developed such a mode of transportation. This not only promoted the exchange of commodities in southwestern Yunnan and Tibet border areas, but also became one important channel for foreign trade and cultural exchanges with neighboring countries in Southeast Asia. The long-distance trek and the steep terrain with various emergencies determine that this form of transportation will not be an individual activity. The horse caravan group formed with the common business purpose extends the personal relationship from blood to geo-industry relationship. The social network of the industry has established an invisible dense network between individuals and groups. In the common taboo beliefs, lingoes and folk literature, have strengthened members' affiliation with the caravan group, which in turn constructs subjective force behind the successful operation of this industry. |

Different interest subjects in the whole society hope to occupy a more favorable position in the reform. There are many problems and challenges that are difficult to solve at the level of convergence and conflict of interests. The mechanism and system of democratic decision-making and supervision in China are still not sound. Government governance bears an extremely important responsibility in national governance, but there are also some problems that public power cannot be effectively constrained, The degree of social autonomy is still extremely limited. Cooperative governance is a new approach to national governance, and its core lies in the coordination between national governance and social governance, which requires vigorously building a new mechanism for the modernization of national governance that is dynamic, stable and benign. |

The study population was 277 trainees of non-academic education in Zhejiang L College, China. The research instrument was a questionnaire to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.817, and the sample size was determined using Yamane's formula with simple random sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were percentages, means and standard deviations. The current status of the trainees of continuing education at L College was analyzed. The main findings are as follows:(1) the status of non-degree education in local applied universities L College non-degree education is good, with high training evaluation (M=4.14) and slightly lower training design (M=3.85), teaching implementation (M=3.22), curriculum development (M=2.96), and training effect (M=3.45); (2) the development guide of non-degree education in local applied universities by (1) training design (2) teaching implementation (3) curriculum development (4) training evaluation (5) training effect. |

The impacts of the death in the Second World War (WW2) on the size and the quality of the population in the European countries after the war are investigated in the present study. Both the short- and long-term effects are discussed. To make it convenient for the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the annual natural change rate and the life expectation are employed to quantify the size and the quality of the population, respectively, while the death in the WW2 is converted to . Our linear regression analysis in different time scales indicates that the death during the WW2 has significant short-term impacts on the annual natural change rate and the life expectation after the war, which lasts for approximately 10 and 25 years, respectively. In contrast, the influences of the death during the WW2 on the size and the quality of the population can be considered totally extinguished in the long run after 55 years from the end of the war. Additionally, we discover for the first time that the effects of the war decays rapidly on the annual natural change rate while slowly on the life expectation as time passes by. |
