This paper mainly introduces the basic principle, hardware structure and software design of a centralized switch control system for railway locomotive depot based on PLC. In the software design part, introduces the programming of the main modules of the system in detail. This control system can end the inefficient operation mode of manually pulling turnouts, meets the requirements of automatic operation in locomotive depot, greatly improves the operation efficiency, is worth popularizing. |

In the construction process of long-span rigid skeleton arch bridge, there are many structural system transformations, complex structures, control and influencing factors. In order to rationally optimize the construction method, taking Beipanjiang Bridge as an example, the finite element model of the construction stage is established, and the stress of each component of the main arch ring of the rigid skeleton arch bridge under different construction modes is analyzed. The results show that the main arch ring meets the stress requirements under different construction methods. Compared with the construction mode I, the construction mode II reduces three secondary buckles, which makes the construction more convenient and fast. |

OD matrix of motor vehicles is the core data for urban road traffic network analysis. Based on the analysis of vehicle license plate recognition and detection data, the turning flow at Road intersection and some measured vehicle OD information in the whole network are used. The generalized least squares model is used to establish the OD estimation model of road network which integrates part of vehicle OD information. The OD historical value and distribution matrix in the model are applied to the real part. The OD information of the sub-motor vehicle is deduced. At the same time, in order to verify the impact of the proportion of detection data, the model is validated by using two different scale real road network detection data of the same city and combining with S-Paramics simulation platform. The results show that different detection proportions have a significant impact on OD estimation results, and the accuracy of OD estimation can be improved by using steering flow and part of vehicle OD information in high detection proportions. |

With the expansion of urban rail transit operation network and the rapid growth of passenger flow, the problems of station detention risk and emergency response are gradually paid attention to. Based on the analysis of influencing factors of passenger detention in urban rail transit stations, this paper constructs a risk evaluation index system and back propagation (Back-propagation,BP) and Neural Network Model. Combined with the improved P- center location model, the service matching scheme. for emergency public transportation parking points is obtained. according to the case solution and comparative study of schemes, whether to consider risk weight affects the relative importance of stations in the location process. The average distance between them is reduced by 0.8%~8.4%, but it has little influence on the coverage effect of public emergency service in the whole research area, which is conducive to the rational and efficient use of emergency resources. |
