Study on the accounting personnel selection system in the computerization environment in China
Abstract
With the wide application of computer technology in the field of accounting in China, the traditional working way of accounting has fundamentally changed. And the change of the mode of accounting has higher requirements for the accounting personnel. Firstly, this paper analyzed the influence of computerized accounting to accounting work and summarized the quality of accounting personnel under the circumstance of the computerization in China. Secondly, the paper, through using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Delphi method, established the personnel selection system, and gave some points about the selection of accounting personnel in the computerized accounting environment. Finally, this paper gave some suggestions about the selection of accounting personnel with a combination of the practice.
