Abstract
Just as China Copyright Protection Center wrote in the introduction: “Copyright is the core of culture, and copyright is the embodiment of creativity.”It’s apparent that intellectual property right is one of the forms of copyright,which is of great signifi cance.So what is intellectual property?What should we absorb about it?
