Design of Tool and Fixture Management System of Gear Hobbing Machine

Abstract


According to the current situation of tool and fi xture management of gear hobbing machine, combined with the actual needs of enterprise processing, this paper designs the tool and fi xture management system of gear hobbing machine from the perspective of processing and craft personnel. First, the overall architecture of the system is designed. For the functional design of the system, the functional architecture and functional model of the system are designed and described in detail. It provides theoretical and technical support for the digital management of gear hobbing workshop.
