Research on the Optimization of Teaching Management System under the Training Model of Application-oriented Undergraduate Talents

Abstract


This paper focuses on the teaching management system under the training mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents and discusses its importance,existing problems and solutions.In modern society,higher education plays an important role in training high-quality talents,and it is more challenging to train application-oriented undergraduate talents.As an important part of education and teaching activities,teaching management system directly aff ects the quality and eff ect of talents training.This paper points out the existing problems such as insuffi cient matching between discipline and industry demand,incomplete teacher training and evaluation,imperfect student evaluation system,and unbalanced allocation of teaching resources.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening cooperation and exchanges with the industry,optimizing the curriculum,perfecting the teacher training mechanism,improving the teaching level of teachers,establishing a multi-dimensional student evaluation system,optimizing the allocation of teaching resources,and improving the quality and effi ciency of education.To deeply research and solve these problems,the teaching management system can be optimized,and high-quality application-oriented undergraduate talents can be trained to better meet the needs of society,so as to make greater contributions to the development and progress of society.
