The Problems and Countermeasures of Talenttraining Model of Navigation Majors

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of globalization,due to navigation majors is an important part of the fi eld of transportation,the optimization and innovation of its talent-training model is particularly important.However,at present,there are some problems in the talent-training model of navigation majors in our country,such as the disconnection between the curriculum and the actual demand,the lack of practical teaching resources,and weak teacher resources.In order to deal with these problems,we need to take a series of targeted countermeasures to improve the talent-training quality of navigation majors and provide strong talent support for the development of China’s shipping industry.This study will conduct an in-depth discussion on the talent-training mode of navigation majors,and put forward corresponding solutions,in order to provide useful references for educators and managers in related fi elds.
