Research on the Cohesive Devices of Personal Information Protection Law and Criminal Law in Digital Age

Abstract

With the development of science and technology,personal information protection has become the focus of social attention.The cohesive devices of personal information protection law and criminal law can eff ectively protect personal information,prevent information abuse and disclosure,and safeguard citizens’right to privacy.In practice,personal information protection law and criminal law interact with each other to provide a solid legal basis for the protection of personal information rights and interests.Therefore,this paper takes cohesion mode and cohesion mechanism as the starting point respectively to explore the characteristics of the cohesive devices,supplementary mechanism and guarantee mechanism to join the two well and explore the eff ectiveness of the cohesion between personal information protection and criminal law,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of a harmonious and safe social environment.
